Subject: please help "Women's Resource Center"

Dear Dean Hubbell,

I am Lusine Sargsyan, a collaborator from Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory (Armenia). I have learned from my friends that in Cornell University there are many important and useful traditions and one of them is organised by Women's Resource Center. And this year the center is going to organise a performance of a production of the Vagina Monologues. As a woman I understand how important are such performances... US is a country where women rights are protected, but there are many other countries still having big problems in that... So this kind of performances can be useful for teaching, protecting and helping women who have problems... And the quality and quantity of that help depends on the money that will be saved after this performance, so I guess the biggest payment in this project that the government of the university can have is giving a bigger performance place...

I am sure you will do your best to help the Women's Resource Center.

Sincerely,

Lusine Sargsyan
